A student then selects at least six course from more than a dozen upper-level courses, allowing the design of a specialty within the major.

  • Neurobiology (MCB)
  • Genetics (MCB)

  • Evolution

When selecting their six upper level courses, students must select at least one from each of the two subdivisions of molecular and cellular biology (MCB) and ecology, evolution and organismal biology (EEOB).
